Time cannot be changed and Tickets cannot be exchanged/revalidated/reused. Please be ready at given time for pick up in the hotel lobby.
Car will wait for you for pick up only for 10 minutes (Private Tours).
Once the tour is missed, guest will have to repay for the tour to be conducted directly to the Tour Coordinator.
No refund in any manner will be done for the tour missed. Individual tours cannot be removed from the given sightseeing.
Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for SIC Tours.
Tickets Once Issued Cannot be Void/Revalidated/Amended.
No time change allowed. No PickUp/Drop off alterations are allowed.
Client has to adhere to co-ordinator rules and duration specified.
The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary as necessary, due to factors such as weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the tour.
The guests have to comply with local laws and customs and to respect the rights and property of others.
